Jan is co-founder of WATC and the chairman of its board. He has worked in top-management positions for leading financial services companies and holds an MBA from Columbia University.
Jan has successfully founded several companies – always with a strong customer-centric mindset. He has a rich experience base of coaching senior executives all over the world and converting large and small companies into customer-centric organisation.
Patrick E. Koller designs solutions that improve the profitability of your company.
Patrick co-founded WATC and serves as its managing partner. He has worked as marketing and sales manager in luxury and consumer goods and in international strategy consulting companies. He holds an MBA from INSEAD.
Patrick has repeatedly proven his ability to reduce complexity and create transparency for clients by designing unique and practical management frameworks. He is an expert in customer centricity and strategy as well as a seasoned lecturer and speaker.
