- Assess the current mind-set and define the target culture
- Design and perform a series of interactive mobilisation workshops with top and middle management
- Design tools, artefacts, success stories to share, train-the-trainer programmes, communication plans and a measurement system
- Coach top and middle management during the starting period
Results
